We are Dreaming Tree Women's Care, a homebirth midwifery practice serving the Greater Kansas City area and beyond.
It is our vision and goal that individuals will feel empowered in their choices and have amazing birth experiences in the comfort, safety, and security of their own home.
Midwifery care is as ancient as birth itself and proven to be a safe choice today. With a trusted CPM (Certified Professional Midwife) on your birth team, you can feel safe and empowered to have the low-intervention care and birth that you want.
Our care also focuses heavily on the new parent and family, giving special attention to you for the first 12 weeks after birth. We believe that strong and supported beginnings make for strong and supported families!
Just like a tree cannot flourish without solid roots, families who begin with a solid support system can change their communities and even the world. In our role of supporting new families with evidence-based midwifery care that comes together with traditional and holistic care, we are supporting our communities. It's our way of making the world a better place.

Bringing my 20 years of nursing and then blending it with Midwifery has resulted in a beautiful balance of the traditional and the modern. I proudly offer services to families of all shapes, sizes, dynamics and orientation. Kind people are my kind of people."
