As a yoga teacher and health counselor, my mission is to teach techniques that encourage my students to attain a healthy body that is in synch with their mind and soul. I teach a flowing style of yoga that helps my students link breath and movement and am taking my teachings off the mat as I counsel clients with yoga's sister science of Ayurveda toward a balanced diet and lifestyle. I also use Ayurvedic wisdom to create meals for brand new mamas. My menu is designed to help new mamas gracefully recover from giving birth as they heal their body. Every mom deserved to be a nourished mama.
